Non-Gambling Hotels in Vegas

When planning a trip to Las Vegas most will think that the only way to have fun in Vegas is to stay on the strip in a gaming hotel. This is not the case; if you stay off the strip on your next Las Vegas vacation you will not only save money, but have lots of things to do. There is a world of activities available for people who want to avoid the usual strip activities.

This hotel offers 286 rooms and offers many amenities such as an outdoor spa, indoor pool, sundeck, fitness room, and meeting space to name a few. The Courtyard Las Vegas Summerlin is a non-smoking hotel and has 154 rooms. This non-gaming off the strip hotel has many amenities such as a whirlpool, fitness room, internet services and much more.

The Carriage House Deluxe Suites is another hotel to consider while staying off the strip it has 160 guest rooms and is a nine story building. This hotel is only seven minutes away from the strip, so if you want a quick way to get to the strip this is a hotel to consider. The amenities are an outdoor heated pool, whirlpool, tennis court, basketball court, toaster, and many more.

The next example I will use is the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel, this hotel offers fourteen stories and 548 rooms. The hotel has an outdoor pool, whirlpool, steakhouse, and 24 hour health club. This is another affordable hotel offered that is non-gaming and off the beaten bath.

But, what can you do when staying so far away from the strip? There are many things to do for entertainment in Las Vegas that doesn't involve gaming. The first thing I will discuss is the Atomic Testing Museum, this museum is open Monday through Saturday and general admission is only $12.00 per a person. No reservations are required and it's about three miles away from the strip.
